Listen. Watch.

Wait. Joy.

Our Heavenly Father, asks us to listen to Him. Listen to His word.

Let the wise listen and add to their learning, and let the discerning get guidance. Proverbs 1;5

He wants us to be watching for Him.

"Watch and pray so that you will not fall into temptation. The spirit is willing, but the flesh is weak." - Matthew 26:41

He wants us to wait for Him.

Wait for the Lord; be strong and take heart and wait for the Lord. - Psalm 27:15

Because when we do, we will be joyful.

Do you need some joy in your life? Spend some time with Jesus. He will fill you with joy.

There are a few different places that I spend time with God. They are church, spending time around the things that He has created, serving Him, calling on Him, and my devotional time on my front porch or in my favorite chair. There is pure joy in spending time with our Heavenly Father,

How do you spent time with God?

He is alway near. Just reach out and call on Him. His Word is truth. So, listen, watch and wait for Him and joy will be added to your life.

Father God, We praise you for your guidance. We need you in all of these steps. Yes, we are weak. We listen, watch and wait for you, Lord, because you are the joy that we seek even in the valleys. There isn't anything on this earth that can fulfill us more than you, Lord. Amen.
